SCOPE OF THE POLICY:

This Privacy Policy covers Composite treatment of personally identifiable information collected from users of the services offered by Composite, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of organisations that Composite does not own or control, or to people that Composite does not employ or manage. This Policy is specific only to http://www.compositesoft.com.

Composite respects your privacy and wants to promote trust and confidence on the Internet. As such, Composite feels it necessary to disclose to you what information it collects and tracks and what we do with the information that we collect.

Currently, Composite collects personal information of users through the registration process and various other submitted information as required by Composite from time to time. Composite asks users to supply various personal data when undertaking the registration process, such as name and address, telephone number, and E-mail address. The registration information that Composite collects is used for the purpose of giving you access to download the version of the software/component for which no fee is payable.

For users who purchase the software/component for a fee, the registration information is a pre-requisite to send the software/component to the user by FTP transfer, e-mail and/or on a CD by post/courier.

From the personal information you provide, we can also inform you about updates or changes to the software/component and notify you of upgraded versions of the software/component of Composite.

Composite uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to it secure. However, Composite may exchange information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and risk reduction.

In the case of abuse or breach of security, Composite is not responsible for any such breach or for any actions of any third parties, which receive the information illegally.

Composite will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services. However, Composite will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

Composite is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your personal data. Composite may also link to a wide variety of other sites however Composite is not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
